這次玩具們又再度動員囉！玩具的小主人去參加夏令營，胡迪竟然在此時被日本的玩具收藏家所綁架！其他的玩具親眼看到胡迪被綁架，於是決定集體出動，援救胡迪。沒料到，遇到重重關卡找到胡迪後，他卻樂不思蜀的沉醉在胡迪牛仔秀的美夢裡，巴斯光年也遇上了強勁對手札克大王，此外，迷人的芭比娃娃與女牛仔也使得玩具們陷入了愛情難題...。
